who we work with

If you are a Developer/Contractor we can create site appraisals, feasibility studies and detailed cost plans including BOQ’s where needed.

If you are a Sub-contractor we assist all of the main trades such as Carpentry, Groundworks/Siteworks and Drainage, Roofing, Bricklaying, Decoration (and others) with measuring and pricing new tenders, agreeing fair terms, submitting valuations and then final accounts.

If you are a Builder we can measure and price new work, attend any meetings, submit your valuations, help with changes and variations and any final accounts.

how will my project work?

We create estimates and tenders for Contractors, Sub-contractors and Builders and all of the projects that we undertake are measured and priced by Oxford Surveying Services.

We also assist with Sub-contract procurement, tender negotiation, supplier procurement, and can help administer the main contract works in terms of advice and contract support at any level (Contractor/Sub-Contractor/Developer/Builder) with our ad-hoc QS services. This helps to ensure the smooth running of site works whilst creating, managing and submitting any valuations/applications for payment and of course any contractural changes and variations.

For Developers, we can assist you with your complete supply chain, any Sub-contract terms and conditions and placing of orders, supplier and Sub-contract payments, variations and of course the all important final account, including any other commercial aspects to the project that may arise.

We also assist with project cost control whilst working in tandem with you/the owners and construction companies with support for the duration of the building works as necessary.
